JMA Surf Coaching
João Maria Antunes is a supremely competent surf instructor with 15+ years of teaching experience. Coming from a family of talented, passionate and competitive surfers, it’s safe to say the proverbial pear didn’t fall far from the proverbial pear tree.
To this day, some hypothesize that João’s first steps were taken on a floating surf board rather than solid ground – but that probably has something to do with him having studied Philosophy.
You can usually find him somewhere along the coast between Peniche and Santa Cruz.
